The Long Run, proudly supported by TCS in partnership with the Indigenous Marathon Foundation (IMF), follows 12 First Nations runners on a life-changing journey.

Together with two of Australia’s greatest sporting heroes, Johnathan ‘JT’ Thurston and Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, they go from remote communities across Australia to their first marathon, the TCS New York City Marathon - a story of resilience, connection and going beyond the finish line.

Today, we launch the Content Pack, the official content creator program of the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS.  This is the first time we have opened event week to digital content creators, and we’re calling on the world’s creative community to apply. 
 
Not on the sidelines. Inside it.
Selected creators will be embedded across event week working across short form video, photography and social storytelling to bring the marathon to life for participants, spectators and fans around the world. Everything from training runs, media opportunities and official events, to capturing the action on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and at the Sydney Opera House finish line.
 
This isn’t a content brief. It’s a seat at the table of the world’s fastest growing marathon.
