Was such a special morning hosting Sona’s very first Mums & Bubs class 💖

We brought together a group of mums and little ones of all ages to trial what actually works — and here’s what we learned:

• Mums want to move their bodies — but not at the cost of crèches, stress, or separating from their bub
• Babies need you — feeds, cuddles, breaks… it’s all part of it, not a disruption
• A flexible class structure matters — we run a 1-hour session with a 45-minute workout, so you can pause and jump back in anytime
• Crawling, wriggling, curious bubs are welcome — no pressure, no strict rules, just a safe and supportive space

Yes, it’s a little noisy. Yes, there are breaks.
But none of it is wasted — it’s real life, and you still get to show up for yourself.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get back into movement without leaving your baby behind, this is it!

Save this for your next quick Pilates burn 🔥

This is a short glute-focused Pilates flow you can do anywhere when you want to move your body but don’t have time for a full class.

We start by awakening the arms and abs, moving from standing, to the floor before finishing with a glute-focused burn series.

It’s not a full class (there’s no formal warm up or cool down), but it’s a great little sequence to activate the body, fire up your core and really target the glutes.

Pilates doesn’t always have to be long to be effective — intentional movement is what matters.

Save it for later, give it a try, and let me know how your glutes feel tomorrow 🔥
