In light of Father’s Day coming up we kick off bring your dad (or parent) to karate week tomorrow. It’s a week that our students can share what they learn with those special people in their lives. Here’s a flash back to the year 2000 when Jess and her dad Branco appeared in the Sunday Times.

This is what we deal with on a Thursday afternoon 🤣🤣🤣 In between the hard work our kumite comp class are enjoying themselves.! Zara, Cam, Abi, Maddison are competing this Sunday and these rest of our crew are preparing themselves for the next tournament. If your child is interested in competing in the future these classes are great preparation for competiition fighting. There will be a kick start tournament in October for any first timers that wish to try out competition so now’s the time to join our class in preparation.

This week, karate clubs across Australia have stood together to say:
Bullying. No Way.
Through confidence, respect, inclusion and courage, our karate community is helping young people build strength of character both inside and outside the dojo.
Thank you to every club, instructor, volunteer, parent and student who helped share this message. 💚
Together, we are building stronger people and stronger communities, one dojo at a time.
