What a fantastic day at Hooked Swim! 🙌

A huge well done to all our swimmers who attended today’s Freestyle & Backstroke Clinics!

It was great to see so much enthusiasm, focus and determination in the pool as our swimmers worked on refining their technique, developing new skills and building confidence in the water.

💪 Today’s focus:
🏊 Improving freestyle and backstroke technique
⚡ Developing efficiency and body position
🎯 Building stronger skills and better swimming habits
🔥 Challenging swimmers to take their swimming to the next level

Want to swim faster, more efficiently and with better technique?

Join us at Hooked Swim on Saturday 17 October for our Freestyle & Backstroke Stroke Clinics.

These focused 60-minute clinics give swimmers the opportunity to work on the technical details that can make a big difference in training and racing.

🏊 12:00–1:00pm — Beginners Ages 7–10
🏊 1:00–2:00pm — Junior Squad Swimmers, Ages 9–12
🏊 2:00–3:00pm — Competitive Swimmers, Ages 11–14

Swimmers will work on:
• Body position & efficiency
• Freestyle catch, rotation & breathing
• Backstroke technique & rotation
• Kick, timing & stroke connection
• Individual technical feedback
• Skills they can take straight back into training
