Meet Lu. Everyone’s favourite coach. He takes the client experience very seriously by ensuring you are greeted with a smiling face, in return for a pat or a belly rub. If you come to the gym eating a banana, it is expected (only by Lu) that you will share it with him. If you’re sitting down for a rest Lu will take this opportunity to sneak in some extra pats and attention. If you’re having a hard day, Lu will make sure you leave the gym feeling fulfilled and happy.

Meet Jacob, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Jacob believes everyone can benefit from movement and exercise, no matter their starting point. He’s here to help you overcome challenges, improve your health, and live a fuller, more active life. Since 2017, Jacob has worked with a range of clients to improve their strength, fitness, and overall health. He has an interest in neurological rehab and helping restore function and independence. Jacob is passionate about heart health and using exercise to prevent and manage cardiovascular conditions.

Meet Tamzin, our university qualified nutritionist and coach. Tamzin believes in a holistic approach to nutrition and exercise. There are no ‘one-size fits all’ methods with Tamzin. Each person is unique and will have different goals and it is important to establish a nutrition and exercise strategy that works for your lifestyle, no matter what season of life you may be in. Whether you’re a general gym-goer, getting back into the gym after having a baby, a seasoned athlete, or just wanting to create a positive relationship with food and exercise, Tamzin will be able to cater to your needs.

A great little client spotlight for who features in the VICSES Community Matters Spring 2025 Magazine. She also features on their new Podcast: MindFit. She has now participated in multiple powerlifting competitions as part of the Emergency Services. Emma loves Powerlifting and strength training because it is a great way to improve bone density and reduce risk of osteoporosis, but also for general mental health and physical wellbeing. Her next competition is in October 🥳

POV: You’ve just had a baby and you’re in the thick of it 🤪
The saying, ‘it takes a village’ is entirely true. Our nutritionist is just about to return from Maternity Leave and has some great ideas to make the load a little easier. Guess what? It’s okay to stretch out a nap for 30 minutes in the car and get chicken nuggets in the drive thru. A hungry mum is no good to anyone 🤍

🌟 Meet Keeley Branson at Oasis Health Group! 🌟
Keeley will be taking on our Maternity Leave role for Tamzin.
Keeley is passionate about all things nutrition, fitness and health. As a former athlete herself, it was always a dream of hers to support other athletes and fitness enthusiasts to show up on event day with their best foot forward. Even if you’re not competing, she aims to help create healthy relationships with food and supporting you to feel their best. Every client receives a unique coaching experience, with tailored advice and measurable goals. If you want to feel better, fuel your body and eat freely, Keeley is your girl.
Besides looking after Tamzin’s clients, Keeley will be available for Dietetics Consults, 1:1 Personal Training Sessions and will be taking some of our Small Group Training Sessions.
