🔵⚫ 2027 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT – U16 YCC ⚫🔵

🐍 WELCOME JOHN-PAUL CONTE TO OUR 2027 COACHING TEAM! 🐍

Salisbury International Soccer Club is excited to announce John-Paul Conte as our U16 Youth Club Championship (YCC) Coach for season 2027!

⚽ PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COMES FIRST!

John-Paul brings a strong passion for youth football and a coaching philosophy that focuses on developing players, building confidence and creating an environment where young footballers can reach their full potential.

For John-Paul, success isn't simply measured by results on the scoreboard. It's about the progress each player makes throughout the season and ensuring they continue to enjoy their football.

💬 WHY JOHN-PAUL COACHES

"I am passionate about bringing the best out in players at the youth level.

Success for me is measured by player retention and noticeable improvement.

I value a player's progress and technical improvement over winning every game at whatever the cost."

🔵⚫ BUILDING OUR FUTURE!

John-Paul's coaching philosophy aligns with the direction Salisbury International is taking with our Youth Club Championship program.

As we continue to strengthen our junior development pathway and work towards progressing from Tier 3 to Tier 2, we recognise that developing technically capable, confident and committed young footballers is just as important as achieving results.

Our aim is to create a pathway where players are encouraged to improve, enjoy their football and ultimately progress into senior football at Salisbury Inter.

Having coaches who value long-term player development, rather than short-term results, is an important part of building a sustainable and successful junior program.

👏 Please join us in welcoming John-Paul Conte to our U16 YCC coaching team for 2027!

ONE CLUB. ONE PATHWAY. ONE INTER. 🐍🔵⚫
