Congrats Hobbo!!!

1000 classes down and still showing up like it’s day one! 💪🏻

“Melissa” as I am now allowed to call her, is always one of the hardest workers in the room, always leaving in a sweat and never shying away from being pushed (even if that means we cop a bit of lip service- or we get told to go away ☺️).

She walks through our doors every morning with a smile on her face, bringing the energy and is always up for a challenge.

Even though she is Instagram famous now, she still has time for us normal people at the gym.

These are the members that make our gym what it is. The consistency, attitude (good or bad 😉) and the personality you bring to the studio never goes unnoticed.

Here’s to the next 1000!

Shoutout to Eb- she’s a great example of juggling a million things at once but still finding a way to get it done. Between studying full time, university placements, travelling for uni, work, she finds a way to get it done even when life is busy and things aren’t easy!

We’ve seen a step up in consistency, commitment and discipline to her training- now gearing up to take on her first Hyrox 🔥

Eb is a great reminder that progress doesn’t have to come from having the perfect schedule but from showing up, even when it’s difficult!

Congrats mate- you’ve earned this one and we can’t wait to see what you achieve next 👏🏻
