Training resumes this week on Tuesday and Thursday. Get your doboks ready, pack your training gear and water bottles, and get ready to work up a sweat! 💪🔥

A little late with this post 😅, but a huge thank you to Grandmaster Linda Low and everyone involved in organising such a fantastic tournament in Perth.

Congratulations to the entire ITDF team — the club performed exceptionally well, and we are incredibly proud of everyone’s effort, determination. Every competitor gave it their all, and the support from our coaches, families and teammates was outstanding.

Well done, everyone! What an amazing achievement! 👏🥋🏆👊

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS

Unfortunately, we have just been notified that the school hall will be unavailable due to maintenance during the upcoming school holidays, so we won’t be able to run our regular Taekwondo classes for the next two weeks. We will resume training on Tuesday, 6 October.

Use this break wisely. Take the opportunity to rest, recover from any injuries and come back refreshed, but don’t switch off completely! Keep up your fitness, work on your techniques and, especially, your patterns, as we will have a grading shortly after we return.

Junior ranks in particular: this is a great opportunity to stay sharp and make sure your patterns are strong and ready for grading.

Enjoy the break, look after yourselves, keep training, and we’ll see everyone back in the dojang on Tuesday, 6 October, ready to go!

Seniors grading test tomorrow.

We’ll start setting up around 5:00–5:15pm. Seniors, please come help set up if you’re free, then use the time to warm up.

Some of our seniors are going for their black belts and 2nd Dan, bring your sparring gear. Let’s make them earn it 😉

If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please speak with your instructor. If you are unable to attend your scheduled grading session, please notify your instructor as soon as possible.

Please note that all students must be assessed and approved by our instructors before being eligible to test.

Grading is not mandatory, and participation is entirely at the discretion of the instructor. Eligibility will be determined based on whether the student has demonstrated the required physical standards, appropriate maturity, and a commitment to the discipline and tenets of Taekwondo.

If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please speak with your instructor. If you are unable to attend your scheduled grading session, please notify your instructor as soon as possible.
