🎉 WELCOME ADLA TO THE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TEAM! 🎉

You may already recognise Adla’s friendly face from reception, and don’t worry, she isn’t going anywhere! You’ll now also see her (and definitely hear her… we hear she loves a good yap 😂) in the Functional Fitness space every Wednesday morning at 6am!

After beginning her own fitness journey with the goal of losing weight, Adla went on to lose over 40kg and discovered a passion that completely changed her life. This inspired her to complete her Certificate III & IV in Fitness so she could help others build confidence, get stronger and genuinely enjoy training.

Adla is all about creating a fun, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported and ready to give it a go.
