A little insight into client Tamara's incredible Transformation so far, and here are some of the key elements that changed to get her from where she was to where she is now 🏋🏻‍♀️

1️⃣ Increasing her food
2️⃣ Swapping from Pilates and low resistance Training to Heavy weight Training
3️⃣ Working with someone who covers not only the training side of things but also her Nutrition

What an incredible change 👏 and we are not done yet, the work continues and the goal over the coming years is for her to get on Stage and compete

I know it’s trendy to say “don’t worry about your weight, you’re just building muscle”, but if you’ve been training for a month and the scale hasn’t moved, let’s be real… you haven’t built a kilo of lean muscle.

Muscle is denser than fat (it takes up less space), but 1kg is still 1kg.
So if you’ve got body fat to lose and the scale never shifts, that’s a red flag 🚩 not a “recomp.”

This doesn’t mean obsess over the number, but it does mean be honest with your data.
Progress photos, measurements, strength, and scale weight all tell part of the story.
And if the Scales are something that cause you anxiety be honest with your Coach so they can work around this best they can with you.

Stop buying into “perfect plans” that sell you comfort.
Real results come from awareness, consistency, and facing the facts 💪
