WR doesnt just mean shaving the cleft! think outside the box and reshape the handle ! Change the profile from lower middle to upper middle especially when the bat starts to feel like a sledge hammer - when you simply cannot dare to have a decent backlift and cut the ball back and across , of the backfoot ! To add, the handles sometimes can be annoyingly custom made , sharp oval in shape and you will know it was digging in the palm while batting .

Did you know - the threading on your handle can almost add 15-20 grams to your bat weight. And a standard SH , 30 cm handle of the shoulder is 140 gms - all up can reach up to 200 grams , almost 1 lb of the tota bat weight .

Here comes the grip - the lightest one will be just less than 1lb and heaviest can be 2.5 lb !

And we hanent even reached the bat yet!
