Kettlebell swings
An exercise familiar to our clients. Kettlebells swings are a dynamic movement, that improves glute strength, hip mobility and cardio endurance.

Drive through the heels
Engage the glutes
Snap the hips forward
Wrist to inner thighs
Maintain a neutral spine throughout
