As simple as that! At least 30min a day of intentional movement. Be present and recognize how it feels to get your blood pumping.
There are countless ways you can move your body each day! Hereβs a list of some of the favourites:
β Going for a walk
β Riding a bike
β Gardening
β Dancing
β Cleaning
Of course going to the gym or going for that run also counts π
In addition to lowering your risks for chronic diseases, making your body move boosts your energy and improves your overall fitness. Likewise, more energy and a leaner, healthier body can boost your self-confidence.

It is so important to keep moving forward.
Perseverance is the key, no one can stop you as long as you keep trying and keep moving towards your goal.
When we face a failure or go through a tough time, the key is to keep moving forward and keep trying to do our best. Be Enthusiastic, be persistent, and chase your goals!

Many of you may feel guilty when you take a day off the gym. Well you don't need to because rest is physically necessary for the muscles to repair, rebuild, and strengthen.
Exercise depletes the body's energy stores. It also causes muscle tissue to break down. Giving adequate muscle recovery time allows the body to fix both of these issues, replenishing energy stores and repairing damaged tissues.
A passive rest day a week is great where you don't do anything and maybe catch up with some friends for lunch π. One active recovery a week is great for repairing soft tissues (muscles, tendons, and ligaments), improving blood circulation that helps with the removal of waste products from muscle breakdown that build up as a result of exercise. As a result, fresh blood can come in to bring nutrients that help repair and rebuild the muscles. So walk don't run on your active recovery days π or even take up a yoga class!
Recover, rejuvenate and reactivate - don't compromise your performance!
