Build some heavy duty arms with these supersets 💪🏾

📶Try this out :
➡️Overhead Kettlebell Tricep Extension (open palm grip for that forearm 🔥)+ Kettlebell Curls(open palm grip)
➡️Seated Bicep Curl Machine + Kneeling Tricep Extension
ℹ️Hit 4 Sets: 15-20 reps 45s rest

Lacking total body strength,power and balance?

Try doing some Russian Kettlebell Swings💁🏾‍♂️

🔥Torch fat and use this in a high intensity interval

👉🏾Keep the heels planted, engage your core and bend your knees
👉🏾Drive through your heels, explode through your hips to send the weight swinging upward from your quads. Aim for chest height, with your arms extended.

❗️Remember this exercise places the emphasis on your posterior chain not your upper body
❗️Keep your shoulders relaxed to avoid shrugging the kettlebell

📶Try this:
ℹ️5 sets: As many swings as possible in 60secs then 60sec rest
