Here is my ultimate guide for busy mum's and dad's, who dont care, but do care, for how much food they eat over xmas.
Essentially if you overeat for one or two days of Xmas, very little will happen to all your good work leading up to the break.
My advice is to try this xmas meal portion control system if you aren't to concerned about over doing it, but want to limit the water weight gain, bloated feeling and lack of energy the next day.
After that, just get back on the horse, smile and enjoy the memory of a wonderful guilt free xmas.
Tag a a busy mum or dad you know!

How did we do it?
My wife and I transformed our bodies through a simple process of portion control, calorie and macro tracking and meal supplementation.
This is the exact process I take people through in my Fast Fix Fitness Fat Loss Portion Control System.
Firstly I get new clientele to focus on portion control via an environmental and emotional eating standpoint. Then after extensive education and behavioural changes, I progress them into calorie and macronutrient tracking depending on how serious their goals are.
This all can take anywhere between 12-20 weeks (a fast fix in my book) if adherence and complience levels are high.
