What can happen in just 12 months when you combine hard work, dedication & a bit of self belief!

At this exact time just 1 year ago, was judging at our Hyrox sim event. When we told Karls she should give it a go next year she laughed at us and said she was too intimidated by the thought of it to even start training.

Fast forward 1 year and Karls is one of the fittest members in our entire gym after being at MG Activ for over 4 years! Finishing first in the female duo category along side her Hyrox partner Sal.
Proof that if you put your mind to it- you can achieve anything!!

6 weeks to lock in and get unreal results!!
Here are the details:

- $85 covers a before and after scan.
- Optional Meal plans through JP Health & Nutrition.
- Must be a member to enter challenge.
- Challenge ends on the 23rd of May- no later scans.
- Event to conclude the challenge where winners will be announced. (Challenge party)
