Earlier this year we had the opportunity to visit Brasfield Senior College, and present our workshop "ADHD in the Classroom: Why a Cookie Cutter Approach Does Not Work". In this workshop, the teaching staff had the chance to gain a greater understanding of how ADHD presents differently in each student. Our workshop facilitator, shared a strengths-based approach to managing ADHD in the classroom. Workshop attendees explored that by empowering students to uncover their unique strengths, students can become equipped to take ownership of their ADHD and enhance their learning experience. Thank you Bradfield Senior College for having me at your Professional Development morning.
