We hope all the players and families enjoy the week over Easter break and looking forward to returning after the holidays.

Some big new signings to our training group and we are thrilled to be helping these players from a number of clubs and academies continue to develop and achieve there personal and professional goals 🇦🇺⚽️

Our expert speed coach Clayton Kearney has been instrumental in the development we have seen in our training squads.

We have already seen players taking off not just a few millisecond’s but second’s off their 20m actions.

Football isn’t all about speed but it sure does help to be quicker then your opponent 🏃🏻‍♂️⚽️
