Woman wanting to get fit at there own pace getting contact and come along join in on our
TUESDAY EVENING WOMANS OVER 16 YEARS COMBAT FITNESS CLASS.
This will be more than just a self-defence class as it will be a class of combined combat excerises and circuits with martial arts based movements and fitness .

The Sherlock's All Combat Exercise (SACE) class will include a number of self defence routines during the one hour training session as well as combat martial art movements building a stronger core and body and mind

If interested in joining this new class.
The 10 weeks woman's Classes will run on Tuesday evenings from 630pm to 730pm @ derwent St, Glebe public school during school terms,on site parking .
Spots may be limited, so please book early to avoid missing out.
