Just letting you know that Kids Yoga is returning in 2023. Term 1 begins Friday 3rd February & will run for 9 weeks.

These classes are specifically designed for students in K-6, to help them relax and unwind after a busy school week.

If you are a parent of a primary school student who could benefit from a weekly yoga practice - or know of one someone who would - then please bring them along to my class. Kids Yoga is loads of fun & there is no better time to start practicing.
