My name is Maree and I am a mum of 3. Georgia 20 Kaylan 18 and Kye 13, (all 3 have ADHD) I am married to the love of my life and childhood sweetheart Bennett. 6pm WILDCARD had the team "Picking their Poison"

6.30pm PILATES - It was a travelling pilates session that covered all the basics. Stretch, strength and mediate.

King's Birthday Long Weekend. Monday Night...

We had a few things working against us today... mostly me and the technology. ๐Ÿ˜…

But as always, the team adapted, kept moving, and made the session count!!

You turn up, give it your best, modify what you need to, have a laugh along the way, and leave feeling accomplished. That's a win in my books.๐Ÿ™Œ

How do they stay motivated to train in the cold?
