Cardiorespiratory fitness is one of the most important and most modifiable predictors of how long and how well you’re going to live.

The VO₂ max test is the gold standard for measuring it. In fact, it outperforms every other variable we can track when it comes to all-cause mortality.

That includes blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI, smoking and even age.

Cardiorespiratory fitness reflects how efficiently your heart, lungs and blood vessels work together to utilise oxygen. The more efficient this system is, the better your body can handle stress.

At Lockeroom, we use a standardised and widely recognised VO₂ max test, powered by best-in-class and equipment. It is safe, engaging and delivers meaningful data to help track and improve each client’s fitness over time.
