First Feature Win 🏆🏁

We got my first win last night at Lake Liddell Speedbowl in my first ever Wingless Micro Feature race! Congrats to Logan Carter 2nd 🥈and Tait Owens 3rd 🥉

Massive thanks to Mum and Dad for all their hard work, the track crew and volunteers for running the event and all the track sponsors.

Now to keep working hard ready for the next race on Easter Weekend at Moruya Speedway.

I had an awesome 2 nights at Lake Liddell Speedbowl for night 3 and 4 of POWRi Racing Australia Beach to the Bowl.

I’m learning heaps and still have a lot to improve on but it was great to be able to keep up with the more experienced drivers and had so much fun doing it.
Heat one on Sunday was a highlight for me with some great close racing and plenty slide jobs with Zack Hilder - we passed 9 times in 5 laps.

We finished 4th for the series. Congrats to Cruz Farrell, Kade Foster and Roc Hughes on their podium for the series.

Looking forward to getting back to Lake Liddell in a couple of weeks time 🏁

We had an awesome 2 nights of fun for my first time steering the micro sprint at Moruya Speedway for the first 2 nights of the POWRi Racing Australia Beach to the Bowl Speedweek.

With some issues on night one with the car not getting full throttle we finished all our races but was a bit off the pace.

Night Two with the throttle fixed we were able to make improvement.

Heat 1: P3 - P3. (Dropped to P4 but passed back to P3)
Heat 2: P2 - P3
Feature: P3 - P4

Today was wash day and we are back at it tomorrow for night 3 and 4 at Lake Liddell Speedbowl 🏁

Massive thanks to Dad and Mum for all their hard work especially Mum who turned into a sign writer over Xmas putting the stickers on the car.

Sunday saw us hit the track Nepean Motor Sports Club Ltdfor round 8 with NSW Outlaw Karts 🏁

It was a day of ups and downs

Heat 1 I started in position 3. The kart in front off pole had an issue and stopped. With not much room on the track I had to dive half off on the infield to avoid running into him. Yellows came on for the stoppage and I was deemed at fault and sent rear 🤷🏽‍♂️🤔
It was a pretty hard start to the day but
I recovered well and bounced back to finish 3rd and then won Heat 2.

Heat 3 was going well but unfortunately I misjudged a passing move and tagged the kart in front. I recovered well again to come from the rear to finish 3rd.

The day finished with 3rd in the feature.
The kart was fast all day and I’m starting to get more comfortable in the new kart.

We raced at Lake Liddell Speedbowl on the weekend for the POWRi Racing Australia Kart Nationals.

It was a great start picking up the win on Saturday night but unfortunately we threw a chain on Sunday and it damaged the engine so that put us out for the rest of the day.

Running the highline was awesome fun 🤙
Definitely the best track for outlaw karts 🏁
