Congratulations to our venues .sydney .sydney & .bistrosydney for winning at the awards.
Poetica and The Charles both kept their top recognition of three glasses as well as Loulou Milsons Point maintaining its two glasses award.
Our sommeliers and their teams have put together wine lists that mix classic bottles with stuff from producers you probably haven’t tried yet. Each venue does it differently, but they all care about the same thing - finding wines worth drinking.
The glasses system recognises the work that goes into it. All the tastings, the relationships with growers, the conversations about what makes it onto the list so we’re very proud of the outstanding work of our teams year on year!

Celebrating an upcoming incredible collaboration between our and .
A shared obsession with provenance, process, and the transformative power of smoke brought us together. From Archie Rose's meticulous single malt distillation to Poetica's flame-grilled mastery over reclaimed whisky staves. The result? A Riverina striploin MBS 3+ that is currently being dry-aged and spritzed daily with whisky to evolve an intensified flavour and will continue to be developed until perfection.
At Etymon, we believe the best collaborations happen when passionate creators unite around shared values.

The newest member of the Etymon family has arrived! We’re excited to bring our beloved Loulou to the heart of Sydney‘s CBD, and we couldn’t be more pleased with what our team has produced.
Now open at Martin Place, our stunning two-level French bistro captures all the Parisian charm of our Milsons Point original with fresh city energy. Under the guidance of Loulou Brand Chef Ned Parker and Head Chef Kenny Radegonde, we‘re serving up classic French technique with the Loulou character you know - champagne breakfasts when the mood strikes, our signature chicken liver parfait, and iconic John Dory with scallop farçi in sauce Champagne and steak frties. For L’Apéro, we‘re pouring mini martinis and serving escargots for $2.
Spanning 175 seats across intimate dining rooms and sun-drenched street dining, there’s space for whatever brings you in. Have you been to visit us in our first few opening days? We‘re ready and waiting.
