We focus on equipping children with self defence, safety awareness, self confidence and self esteem.

A huge congratulations to Sensei Carole who obtained her 2nd Dan last Sunday. Our 2nd dan gradings involve 10 prerequisite exams on various aspects of martial arts, 7 full contact sparring rounds in a row against new opponents followed by three grappling arounds. "Sensei Carole showed a high amount of grit, determination and persistance in her test, I am extremely proud of her efforts!" - Sensei Sinem, school owner.

Last term's grading was a success! Congratulations to all students who graded!
Children learn through play. Our Tug O War game encourages children to focus and react fast. It also improves gross motor skills by working on weight shifting and muscle strength.

We had grading on Saturday at Concord West. Congratulations to all students who graded! We will be returning for term 3 on the 16th of July. Enjoy your break!

At AYSD Concord West we encourage leadership skills . Here is a video of one of our older intermediate students working with a younger beginner student. They're both having alot of fun.
We promote self confidence in young children in a warm and nurturing environment. Our instructors are always positive and encouraging.
