36 minutes on the clock šŸ˜šŸ¤šŸ¼

We did this week’s challenge - choosing one of the judges’ quick carb sources to create a refined weeknight dinner in just 36 mins

We chose Andy’s two-ingredient flatbread… and honestly, this tasted fkn unreallll šŸ”„

Ingredients:
Flatbread:
- 200g self-raising flour
- 200g Greek yoghurt (we used high-protein, low-fat)

Chicken:
- 600g chicken thigh, fat trimmed
- 10ml olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- Oregano
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt + pepper

Tzatziki:
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- Grated cucumber (squeeze)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- 3ml olive oil

Salad:
- Tomato
- Red onion

Method:
1. Mix the flour and yoghurt together until a dough forms. Knead and divide into 4 equal portions, roll into flatbreads
2. Add a small amount of olive oil to a hot pan and cook flatbreads for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through
3. Season the chicken thigh generously with all seasonings. Spray a pan with olive oil or avocado oil and pan-fry until golden and cooked through (or air fry). The key to elite chicken thigh is generous seasoning - we go through a LOT of sweet paprika in this house
4. While the chicken cooks, make the tzatziki by mixing together Greek yoghurt, grated cucumber, crushed garlic, salt and olive oil
5. Assemble wraps and enjoyyy

how’d we do?

Cals per serve: 557ļæ½P 50g | F 20g | C 42g
(200g chicken + 50g tzatziki per wrap)

Let me know if you enjoyed this and want us to do other challenges from the show?!?!?!

If you know me, you know I’m genuine, and I’ve got a huge pile of proof to back up everything I say.

My clients trust me to get it right, so if I’m recommending something, it’s because it ticks all my boxes:

āœ”ļø contains protein + fibre
āœ”ļø delicious
āœ”ļø fits the calories
āœ”ļø helps with fullness

That’s why I love these Noshu bars.

They’ve got high quality, functional ingredients, they’re YUMMM

And they’re such an easy sweet option to have in there when you want something that feels like a treat without blowing your day out.

Let’s talk about fibre, because most people aren’t getting enough of it.

Fibre helps with:
- fullness / satiety
- digestion
- gut health
- and making it easier to stay on track when you’re trying to lose fat

The Choc Malt Fibre Pro Bar in particular contains a special blend of beneficial fibres, including insoluble fibre and soluble (prebiotic) fibres…

Which is exactly the kind of thing we’re always trying to help clients include more of.

At the end of the day, the best foods for fat loss are the ones that make staying on track feel easier… not harder.

This snack box includes:
- Protein + Fibre Choc Malt Bar
- 30g of protein cheese
- 30g of French onion dip
- 25g of brown rice crackers
- 50g raspberries
- Baby carrots

439 calories, 24g of protein and 15g of fibre šŸ¤šŸ¼
