Simons recipeโฆ you wont regret it. Split a coz lettuce, roast some peppers to add on top (capsicums), mix tomatoes/ brown rice/ avo/ lime/ sour cream and add turkey mince for a healthy options. Jackfruit also acts as an amazing vegan option- it absorbs the flavours you put in donโt be scared!๐ ๐ ๐
Spices include paprika & cuminโฆ ๐

Easter hours - come down to our Saturday stretch class if you missed this mornings beach front session. We're taking advantage of this weather and are heading down to Bulli Beach in the AM! BYO water & towel, we have a number of mats, and don't forget the sun screen ๐
