Simons recipeโ€ฆ you wont regret it. Split a coz lettuce, roast some peppers to add on top (capsicums), mix tomatoes/ brown rice/ avo/ lime/ sour cream and add turkey mince for a healthy options. Jackfruit also acts as an amazing vegan option- it absorbs the flavours you put in donโ€™t be scared!๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ‘Œ
Spices include paprika & cuminโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’ƒ
Pair with water or vino.. your choice
