The Beecroft Barbarians will be running the BBQ at Downtown Markets, Pennant Hills tomorrow (Sunday 21/12), 9-3pm, raising funds for our U10/U11 kids heading to NZ in 2027.

Beecroft Barbarians Junior Rugby Club – Coach Expression of Interest

We’re a small village rugby club based at Pennant Hills Oval, looking for enthusiastic, community-minded coaches for the 2026 season. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you love creating a fun and engaging environment for young players, we’d love to hear from you!

Teams run from U5 to Opens, with opportunities across boys’, girls’ and mixed teams. Coaches of all experience levels and commitments are welcome – whether you want to learn, mentor, or just get involved.

Today, Whalan Reserve pulses with Pasifika mana. Young warriors from Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Indigenous Australia and beyond carry the strength of their ancestors in every pass, every tackle, every cheer.

We’re cheering loudly for Will, representing the Barbarians, as he joins teammates from Japan, USA, Italy, and more, showing that heritage, heart, and courage know no borders.

This is more than rugby — it’s a festival of culture, pride, and connection. Every moment is a heartbeat, every player a story, every try a testament to the spirit of the islands rising through youth.
