I started coaching Matina in April 2024, doing 2:1 sessions alongside her sister-in-law. Matina’s goal with training was to improve her physique through muscle gain.

Clients results for my personal training client, Diana! 🔥
Weight: Down -17kg (74kg 👉🏽 57kg)
Diana’s goal was to lose weight and tone up, to get back to her original weight before having 2 kids. This goal has been exceeded, and the results are clear! We have achieved this through consistent PT sessions 2-3 times a week, and focusing on improving performance session by session.
We now take a break from fat loss to enjoy a maintenance phase, then focus on growing muscle in the glutes and upper body to create the hourglass shape which Diana is striving for!

Georgia came to me looking to achieve her long-term overarching goal of improving her strength and fitness so she doesn’t suffer when she’s older with bone issues.
Through our sessions, we definitely improved strength and physique! A large focus was put on intentional training with correct form to get the most out of the exercises and make sure we were training the correct muscles. We also learnt adaptations for any of the exercises Georgia faced any challenges with!
I’m so grateful that girls love their training sessions with me and that I am able to educate! 🙏🏽

Small changes you can make that will build habits for big results:
- Workout 3x a week
- Focus on making whole food choices for your meals
- Drink enough water
- Limit alcohol intake
- Walk more
- Get enough good quality sleep

Proud moment for client results 🙌🏽💖
We’ve achieved a dramatic difference in the appearance and the shape of Amber’s body, becoming more toned and defined!
In September 2022, Amber was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia (APML) - a rare subtype of Acute Leukaemia. Intensive chemotherapy impacted her physical appearance and physical activity capacity.
To know we have accomplished goals that make her stronger than she was before diagnosis is incredible!
Body fat ⬇️
New muscle ⬆️
But ALSO:
• Increased endurance
• Improved balance and stability
• Doing full push ups and unassisted pull ups
• Running again
• Education on strength training ex*****on, cardiovascular training and body recomposition
• Knowledge of nutrition, macronutrients and portion sizes

I started coaching Fatima postpartum the end of May. She had no strength training experience prior and what stopped her from starting was lack of knowledge and doubting if results were possible for her.
Fatima is dedicated to showing up to her 3x45 minute sessions weekly and putting in the work. Being a first time mum as well as taking the time to learn the new skill of strength training to achieve her body goals isn’t easy - through trust, good communication and commitment we are able to adjust as we go to ensure we continue to progress physically and mentally!
Training is challenging (it should be), so to be able to make sessions ENJOYABLE for my girls and make them WANT to show up - I love that so much!
