Half time chats are critical but it's a constant wrestle between not enough information and too much...

What's the perfect measure ???

Who's knows 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾

But I will say being positive at some point is essential

Giving instructions with purpose and outcomes is key but it is the coaches wrestle when behind on the score board...

Using Metaphors & narratives that get athletes to consider the team & individual goals can be challenging....

But referencing things away from the sports team which represent the same standards & values can be the real difference in getting the perspectives to hit home a little bit more 💯

Everyone has a role in the community as much as in a team environment, so bring those examples to the team. Relate those roles & responsibilities to your team environment...

Something different but the tilt in angle might be wht you're looking for 🤷🏾

Any program or campaign must start with an alignment of outcomes / goals with accountable measures to mark the process and check all boxes to shift & change the narrative of what was to what is...

And be Better 💯

No matter what age group, division or competition....

Being the last to stand in any arena is an accomplishment on it own.

The FTD boys in this team were on point this season to get the last song of the yr & we're super proud of them in our FTD family.

Such a proud moment for all concerned
but to see the boys we work with develop their game and celebrate the big day is an amazing feeling for all.

Keep the commitment, stay the grind and achieve all on the way.

Believe it or not, The best is yet to come
