Gday everyone this Friday to Monday is Easter long weekend .The gym will be closed for the public holidays and back to regular timetable Tuesday the 7th. We hope that you all have a wonderful break while enjoying time with family and loved ones. Have a great weekend and we will see you on the Matt’s very soon.!!

Big congratulations to these two gentlemen today.
Jiu Jitsu is a challenging and also a revealing martial art , that demands plenty of attention and physical competency aswell. These two guys have young families , jobs and creaking joints but still show up , learn , grow and give back to our community with positive energy weekly.

Well done fellas , very happy for you both. !!

Congratulations to all of our competitors who competed and represented our academy proudly at SJJA Cup 2025 we are so very happy for those who participated and couldn’t be happier watching you all compete , some overcame nerves , some there to test themselves for the first time while others set there eyes on the gold. Ultimately the spirit of martial arts was within you all and for that we are so very happy and proud of you all. Thankyou to the parents who supported our team through the day , and thankyou for running such a wonderful event ! See you in 2026.

Congratulations Mr Bernard on your new purple belt. While not only improving your own jiu jitsu greatly you have encouraged and helped are kids bjj program grow with your assistance and also guidance to.

We are happy to announce an additional class for our 3-4 yrs age.
Which will now run Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday.

We look to continue to deliver a rewarding program to help develop our youngest jiu jitsu practioners while adding additional value for all of our clients alike.
