Open water skills, do you need assistance?

Free session to help women new to Triathlon learn open water skills for tris.

* Note this sessions is not designed to teach non swimmers how to swim.

We suggest that you are able to swim 300m non stop as a minimum. You don’t have to be fast, but you have to be able to have a basic swimming ability.

It is about taking your swim to the open water and to help you with the skills needed to navigate the swim leg in a triathlon.

MPTC are hosting this free session for women who want to give triathlon a crack but not sure how to get started.

This is the first of 3 sessions and all you need is your bike and runners and to join us on 19th March for this bike-run-transition session.

We will teach you all you need to know to take on your first triathlon and it FREE.
