DAY 1 | High Performance Camp – NSWRL Centre of Excellence

An outstanding first day at our High Performance Camp, with our Middle Unit players and Edge Backrowers.

Throughout the session, players were exposed to detailed, position-specific coaching designed to replicate the technical and tactical demands.

Every drill and coaching point was tailored to help players improve their decision-making, movement patterns, contact technique, line running, defensive responsibilities, and overall understanding of their role within the team.

Our Pre Season Program is now 85% full, with positions filling quickly across multiple locations.
