Do you struggle getting your feet overhead without using momentum? Feet in straps is such a great way to teach your body this movement and slowly build on the range.
I love any overhead exercise but with straps this has gotta be one of my absolute favourite ways to get my body moving!

One of the many shapes of a roll over, whether you get your feet to the floor, a cushion, a block, or leave them in the air, this exercise is a great way to increase spinal mobility, stretch out the hamstrings and get those abdominal muscles working
