I have been meaning to share this recipe such a long time. Here is my favourite afternoon fuel with coffee.
These energy balls comes very handy especially if you have sweet cravings or running around in the afternoons .
OATMEAL PROTEIN BALLS RECIPE
Ingredients:
🔴1 1/2 cups rolled oats
🔴1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
🔴1/2 tsp cinnamon
🔴1 tbsp chia seeds or sunflower seeds
🔴1 tbsp raw honey
🔴1 tsp vanilla extract
🔴1/3 cup diced dates
🔴(optional )1/3 chocolate chips,
🔴2–4 tbsp liquid (almond milk, milk, water etc…)
Shredded coconut to roll them at the end
Add all ingredients and go easy with liquid (milk). Mixture should be slightly sticky but still crumbly.
Roll them in to balls dust them with shredded coconut and leave them in the fridge for couple of hours before eating.
You can store these delicious snack in the fridge for a week

Huge shout out goes to these ladies for going strenght to strenght 💪🏻.
They have been training with me almost a year and each month they better their personal best on all categories.
Although we missed in September sessions; became was a strong team player💕.
I absolutely love training these queens👑.
Sometimes I wish I could join in as their energy is so contagious.

Hi Everyone,
For those who works with me would know how much I love squats because of the benefits of this simple exercise🏋️♀️
However, the form when we are performing squat makes or breaks these benefits.
When you are squatting next time, check below key points to see if you are getting it right👍
1️⃣ Inhale and hold your breath.
2️⃣Squat down by starting bending your knees, hips, and ankles.
3️⃣Let your knees track in the same direction as your toes.
Your toes should be around 10-30degrees out and knees should push out and lean in to your heels (not toes)
4️⃣Squat until your thighs are below parallel or until you've reached your natural depth limit.
5️⃣Try to keep your chest up
6️⃣As you are coming up, push the ground away with your whole foot and exhale to come up😮💨
Depth of each person’s squat depends on their hip, ankle and knee mobility and it is perfectly ok if you are not able to come as low as others.
However, it is very important to keep the knees out especially when coming up!
