Reconciliation isn't something you watch from the sidelines. It's something you show up for.

As part of National Reconciliation Week, Civeo is proud to have supported the Street Banner Project, an initiative that celebrates culture, connection and shared understanding across our communities.

These banners are visible reminders of our respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their histories and their cultures, woven into the everyday spaces where we live.

Being “All In” means showing up in ways big and small. We remain committed to reconciliation and supporting initiatives that contribute to meaningful progress, together.

Boots hit the pavement, and hats tipped low: Nebo’s main street came alive for the annual Nebo Street Party, one of Australia’s largest and most iconic rodeos! 🤠

As one of the proud sponsors of the Nebo Street Party, Civeo kicked off the festivities in true country style. Families were at the heart of the celebration, with Civeo supporting free unlimited rides for the kids and face painting that kept the little ones smiling all day. The community came together over local favourites and shared excitement ahead of the rodeo, all while soaking up live music from a stellar line-up of top Australian artists, who called a Civeo village home for the weekend!

Thank you to the event organisers and staff who made it such a vibrant night, capturing the energy, spirit, and strong sense of community that make Nebo so special.

Behind every kilometre travelled is a person: someone's partner, parent, friend, or teammate. This National Road Safety Week, we pause to remember the 1,300 lives lost on Australian roads in 2025, and the communities forever impacted by road trauma.

For many Civeo residents and team members, covering long distances is simply part of the working life. That's why road safety isn't just a policy. It's something we carry with us on every journey, on and off-site.

On-site, that means wearing hi-vis PPE and keeping to speed limits, risk assessing journeys and traffic management plans, and adhering to ground rules that keep every person safe and accounted for. For those on drive-in, drive-out rosters or commuting between sites, remote and regional roads bring their own demands, and it's the extra awareness, route-planning and intentional rest stops that make all the difference.

Safety doesn't stop at the site gate. It travels with us every day.

Recently, our Brisbane team came together for a Lunch-and-Learn session with supplier diversity organisation Supply Nation, reinforcing why supplier diversity is an important part of how we do business at Civeo.

Led by Cassie McVey, Relationship Manager at Supply Nation, the session explored the role Indigenous businesses play in building stronger and more resilient supply chains. Our teams also gained practical insight into how our Supply Nation membership can be applied across different roles to engage with Indigenous businesses and create long-term value.

These conversations help build capability across Civeo, giving our people a clearer understanding of the positive impact of Indigenous supplier diversity. They also reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening relationships with Indigenous businesses and supporting their participation within our supply chain.

Across our villages, we took time to celebrate the mothers and mother figures in our lives, whether they are close by, far away or remembered. 💐

The day was marked with thoughtful touches that created a sense of warmth and care throughout our village communities. Gentle reminders were placed in communal areas that encouraged residents to reach out and connect with the important mother figures in their lives, while our culinary teams added a sweet touch with chocolates and special treats.

Thank you to all the teams involved for the care, effort and consideration that helped make the day memorable!

Did you know your heart beats around 100,000 times a day?

In alignment with National Heart Week, our monthly well. theme on-site focuses on the importance of heart health, with an emphasis on a holistic approach to nutrition and movement.

Across our villages, this means nourishing our residents with balanced meals that feature healthy fats, grains, proteins, while encouraging a mix of high intensity and weight-bearing exercises through our on-site facilities.

We’re all for supporting heart health so people can thrive and keep doing what they do best, without missing a beat. ❤️

This month, villages are embracing the power of plants by exploring how a colourful mix of vegetables and legumes fuel overall health. 🌈

Putting nutrition into practice, engaging activities such as “Eat the Rainbow” challenges residents to include as many different coloured plant foods as possible in a day. Plant Bingo adds a fun twist, with each square representing a simple, achievable goal that can be easily integrated in our day-to-day.

Our well. coordinators are also sparking great conversations with visual infographics and interactive displays, encouraging residents to think differently about what’s on their plate so that our residents feel energised, strong and at their best, from within. 💪
