Entering into Mum life of 2 boys 💙💙
Our Darling Archer arrived swiftly on Friday 21st March after induction. As I’ve headed home today realizing life is forever changed I am in awe of the journey of motherhood 🤰👶
The multiplication of our love and also all our bodies do to bring life into the world, nurture that life, and move forward forever changed.
I Look forward to sharing more of my journey of pregnancy, birth and recovery soon but in the mean time you’ll find me in my new born bubble, drinking in every moment and the chaos of the juggle with 2.

Something I have been pondering lately... 🤔
And I wanted to share because is very applicable for many women in various stages of pregnancy and early postpartum, like in our She Has Vitality Community.
As I catch myself sometime thinking about past versions of my body, or trying to control what the future version may be...
I have to remember wherever my body is at today (appearance, energy, strength etc) is perfectly ok, and deserves respecting.
So be reminded...
✨Your body is exactly where and what it needs to be today.✨
And no matter how you feel about your body today, it is still worthy of respect right where it is at. ❤️
This year we have had weekly/monthly thoughts as a part of our movement sessions... 🙌
Taking a phrase to help us reshape the way we THINK about where we are at on our physical health journey. 🤯
So I invite you to join us with this thought and answer these questions:

As a MumSafe Trainer & as a part of our She Has Vitality sessions we have an environment to talk openly about symptoms such as bladder leakage, painful s*x, STIs, vulval irritation and many more topics that we have previously been kept quiet about. The more we talk about these topics the more awareness we create and diminish the stigma around them, and seeing every part of our health as just as important to be able to discuss. 🙌
