Our regular swimmers will know that sculling is one of Katie’s favourite drills to improve pull. This sculling drill helps you improve the back end of your pull and work on finishing your stroke. This drill should be done with a pull buoy and you can roll your head to the side to breathe or use a snorkel. 🏊

We run most of our sessions from pool all year round. The pool is heated to 27 degrees, nice and warm all though winter.
