If you know Petersham Rugby Club, you know this man.

He’s the first to put his hand up, the last to leave and the glue that holds so much of our club together. Now, our Director of Rugby, Heath Clark, is taking on the Lifeline Push-Up Challenge, an incredible 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise vital funds for mental health support through .

Every push-up represents someone lost to su***de in Australia in 2023. It’s a tough challenge for an important cause.

Clarkie has given countless hours to our club, our players and our community. He’s a champion for mental health and unashamedly talks about his own struggles to let others know it’s okay to not be okay.

Let’s get behind him and show the same support he’s shown all of us.
