Feels like a minute ago. 2012 at 43, luckily still physically in my prime.
Certainly made the most of my forties!
Still some goals in my fifties but now need to be more of a pragmatist rather than a realist.
Always grateful to still be doing what I’m doing.

127.5 on the day in the 89kg category. Think I was around 17 but that was some time ago. Still had the mullet which helps as a time reference 🤣
