OPEN DAY 🥋🥊 Join us for our Open Day, which is all about coming together as a community, whether you already train with us or not!

➖9-9.45am Kids & Parents Self-Defence Class
➖10-10.30am Adults Grappling (self-defence focus)*
➖10.30-11am Adults Striking (self-defence focus)*

*During adults classes we will have our team looking after and playing games with the kids! All classes are beginner-friendly.

🖤 It's a perfect opportunity to invite a friend or family members to join you and experience the classes together.

❗️We'll also have exclusive membership and uniform deals available on the day!

On Saturday 9 May, we'll celebrate the amazing mums with a fun and memorable class together with the kids & mums. Whether you train BJJ, or you’ve been watching from the sidelines and it's your first time on the mats, this is your chance to jump in and share the BJJ class with your little one(s).
