It’s not one chapter. It’s the whole story.

#in2greys

In2Greys is a community and evolving brand built for people who understand, respect, and support the greyhound’s journey through every stage of life — from puppy, to athlete, to lifelong companion.

🐾 Nobody warns you that once you have one greyhound — two starts to make complete sense.

Almost immediately. 😂🖤

Greyhounds are pack animals by nature. They grew up surrounded by their kind — sleeping alongside each other, running together, finding comfort in simply being near one of their own. That instinct does not disappear when they retire. It just needs somewhere to land.

A second greyhound is not double the work. It is double the calm. Double the company. Double the long noses on the couch and double the roaching positions taking up every available surface in the house. 😂

And watching two of them find each other — settle into a rhythm, lean into each other in the quiet moments — is one of the most quietly beautiful things you will ever witness in your own home. 🖤

Are you a two greyhound household? Drop both their names below and tell us how the second one changed everything 👇

🐾 The mission is simple.
👉🏼Get greyhounds into homes.

The showcase is the greyhound itself — because nothing we say is more powerful than watching one walk through a front door and find their people. 🖤

Is it you?

Or do you know someone who has been waiting for their new best friend without even realising it yet?

Tag them below. Share this post. Send it to whoever needs to see it. 👇

🦴 Greyhounds and bones. What is safe, what is not, and what every owner needs to know.

Because this is one of those topics where the right information genuinely matters. 🖤

🚫 First — the non-negotiable.

Never give your greyhound a cooked bone. Not BBQ bones. Not roast leftovers. Not cooked chicken, lamb shanks, pork bones or smoked bones of any kind.

Cooking makes bones brittle. Brittle bones splinter. And splintered bone fragments inside your greyhound’s mouth, throat or digestive tract is a genuine veterinary emergency. This one is not a grey area. Cooked bones are off the table. Always. 🖤

✅ If you choose to give a raw bone — here is what the evidence supports:

🐾 Choose a fresh raw bone only — never cooked, smoked or frozen.

🐾 Size matters significantly — choose a bone larger than your greyhound can swallow whole. As a general guide, close to the size of their head is the right starting point.

🐾 Supervise every single session — remove the bone immediately if it becomes small enough to swallow, begins splintering or your greyhound starts attempting to gulp rather than chew.

🐾 Introduce gradually — some greyhounds develop constipation, digestive upset, dental fractures or bacterial illness from raw bones, particularly when introduced too quickly or in large amounts.

🐾 Avoid small pieces, chopped bones and any bone that can be broken into dangerous fragments — these are choking and blockage hazards regardless of whether they are raw.

⚠️ What about hard marrow, knuckle or weight-bearing bones?

They look impressive and long-lasting. But very hard bones are one of the most common causes of fractured teeth in dogs — particularly in powerful, enthusiastic or fast chewers. And a fractured tooth is not just painful — it is a veterinary procedure to address.

Not every greyhound is a safe bone chewer. And knowing which category your hound falls into matters enormously. 🖤

When to skip bones entirely and speak to your vet first:

If your greyhound is a gulp-and-go eater — and greyhound owners, we know exactly who we are talking about here 😂 — or if they have a history of dental disease, cracked teeth, a sensitive stomach, gut problems or are on a specific diet, get veterinary guidance before offering bones at all.

Safe alternatives that deliver similar enrichment and dental benefit include vet-approved dental chews, dental diet kibble and daily brushing with dog-safe toothpaste.

The bottom line.

Bones can be a valuable and genuinely enjoyable part of your greyhound’s life — when the right bone is chosen, introduced properly and supervised without exception.

Know your greyhound. Know how they chew. And when in doubt — ask your vet. 🖤

Now the important question 👇

Does your greyhound settle in and chew a bone properly — or attempt to finish the whole thing in 30 seconds flat and look at you like you personally insulted them by taking it away? 😂

Drop their name and their bone style in the comments below — we need to know. 🐾🦴

🐾 WHAT DO YOU BUY FOR A GREYHOUND DAD WHO HAS EVERYTHING?

He already has the couch.
The blankets.
The treats.
And apparently… the entire house belongs to the Greyhound. 😂

But being a Greyhound Dad isn’t really about the stuff.

It’s the early walks.
The ridiculous zoomies.
The endless cuddles.
And that moment when your hound quietly leans against you and reminds you:

This is family. ❤️

That’s why in2greys was created.

Not for people who simply own Greyhounds.

For people who GET Greyhounds. 🐾

🐾 Greyhound pups. One of the most extraordinary and chaotic things you will ever witness in your life. 😂🖤

Most greyhound pups are raised in a way that the average pet owner rarely sees. Spacious properties. Wide open yards. Room to run, tumble, wrestle and discover their extraordinary legs at full speed before they even know what those legs are truly capable of. It is the environment this breed needs in those early weeks and months — space, freedom and the ability to be completely and utterly feral in the best possible way. 😂

But every now and then — a greyhound pup comes inside. And the house is never quite the same again.

The zoomies at 2am. The complete inability to understand that their legs are growing faster than their spatial awareness. The tail that takes out everything on the coffee table without a single moment of remorse. The pup that has no idea they are going to be 30 kilograms one day and is currently attempting to sit on your lap like a chihuahua. 😂🖤

We want to hear from the community on this one.

Have you ever raised a greyhound pup inside the house? 👇

What was the experience like? What did nobody warn you about? And would you do it all over again?

Drop your story in the comments — and tag someone who needs to know what they are getting themselves into. 😂🖤

🐾 There is nothing in the world quite like walking through the front door and being greeted by your greyhound.

That moment they hear the key in the lock. The sound of those paws on the floor. The long elegant face appearing around the corner with those enormous soft eyes that say — without a single word — that you are the greatest thing that has ever walked through that door. Every single time. Without fail. Without condition. 🖤

It does not matter how long you were gone. Five minutes or five hours — the greeting is always the same. Pure, unfiltered, completely overwhelming joy. And in that one moment every hard thing about the day disappears completely. That is the greyhound. That is what they give us. And that is exactly what in2greys was built to celebrate. 🐾

Drop a ❤️ if your greyhound greets you like you have been gone for a lifetime 👇

🐕💩 THOSE AWKWARD GREYHOUND WALKING MOMENTS… 😂

You know the ones…

You’re casually walking along with your greyhound, enjoying the sunshine, when suddenly… SQUAT. 💩

You reach into your pocket.

Nothing.

Other pocket.

Nothing.

You pat yourself down like you’re being searched at airport security. ✈️😂

Meanwhile, your greyhound is standing there looking at you like:

“Well? I’ve done my part. The rest is your problem.” 😐🐕

So now you’re awkwardly walking down the street carrying a warm little plastic parcel, trying desperately to pretend you don’t have a bag of 💩 swinging from your hand. 😂

And then you see someone you know…

“Hey! Haven’t seen you in ages!”

“Yeah… good to see you too. 👋”

…while secretly holding your greyhound’s freshly produced masterpiece.

There had to be a better way. 😎

Introducing the IN2GREYS Sports Waist Bag — designed specifically for greyhound people who understand that every walk comes with responsibilities. 🐾

✔️ Multiple zip pockets
✔️ Lightweight & comfortable
✔️ Adjustable waist strap
✔️ Water resistant
✔️ Perfect for walks
✔️ Plenty of room for the essentials — including those unexpected deliveries. 💩😂

Walk with purpose. Keep it clean. Love every moment. ❤️
