Crossover Dance Studio is Sydney’s largest street dance studio, with over 80 classes per week over a range of street and commercial styles. Founded in 2010, we have over 10 years of experience in helping the Sydney community learn the moves, foundations and culture of the dances we love. With internationally respected and acclaimed instructors from multiple styles and backgrounds, we can help you
to improve and enjoy your dance! We operate under one simple rule, dance is fun and there's a place for everyone to enjoy it. We feature classes designed from absolute beginners to advanced international levels so don't worry if you're just starting out or looking for a challenge, come and check out what we do! Our studio features 4 studios, sprung wood safety floors, full lift access, changing rooms, air conditioning and a large reception area, We are located in the city and close to public transport. Ryan is a Sydney-based dancer who has been part of the studio community for over a decade, taking his first class in 2013 and later becoming an XOKpop instructor in 2017.

After almost 10 years of teaching K-Pop choreography at XO, Ryan is stepping outside the genre to bring one of the most legendary choreographies of all time to the studio - Michael Jackson’s Beat It!
A lifelong MJ fan since the early 2000s, Ryan’s passion for pop culture and performance was heavily inspired by Michael’s artistry, and this special workshop blends that influence with the fun, supportive, and performance-focused teaching style XO students know and love.
Whether you’re a longtime MJ fan, a K-Pop dancer wanting to try something new, or just ready to learn an iconic piece of choreography, this workshop is not to be missed!

I started dancing waacking since 2016 back home in Perú. After some years of experience and recognition in the community of my country, I became part of IHOW PERU (Imperial House of Waacking). I’ve had different inspirations throughout this journey. I met some of those inspirations here in Australia by training with them and made some other new inspirations now as part of the Sydney Waacking community since 2023.

The class is orientated to people that want to learn the basis of waacking from scratch and/or to polish the basic techniques through small routines.
