Please express your INT below, or TAG your training partner ASAP, as these appointments book super fast, particularly our 9:30am-10:30am morning sessions.

PT will run from our new A/C venue with all new equipment.

MY FITNESS JOURNEY - WEEK TEN

πŸ’— GOAL: To strengthen core, post pregnancy.
πŸ’Ÿ No filter, 100% transparency.
❌ Zero alcohol - 5 months & counting.
β˜‘οΈ GOAL - 100 sit-ups per day.

✨ Today I really wanted to stress the importance of β€˜being consistent with your training program. I am pleased with today results (18% bf, and a bio age of 12), but I definitely do not want drop more weight on the scales, so I am aiming to increase my protein / kcal intake, to increase my overall muscle mass.

I found myself getting super busy with the business, and our three boys and felt that my daily macronutrient intake was too low. Moving forward I have made a conscious effort to meal prep where we can, and up the kcal intake.

Trying to balance our work / life commitments can be an ongoing battle, so you must fine tune what works for you. If you find yourself having set backs, reassess your goals, weekly training output, but most importantly never give up. Everyday is an opportunity so reset and get moving again.

FMPT Monday & Friday sessions are almost completely booked out.

Please get in contact with me ASAP, if you are ready to book your weekly PT session or train with a friend, as I am unable to 'hold' your appointment as a tentative booking.

Please note: Further day sessions will become available throughout the year, so if you have a preferred day / time that is not currently available I will create a waitlist for any future days when they open up so thankyou to those ladies who have reached out, I will be in contact as soon as possible.

It is not often that I am lost for word's when I see a client "before & after" pic, but tonight, the story of my client and very good friend Nicole just blew me away.

Nicole stared her journey with Fit Mums 15 months ago. Since then her entire outlook on life has changed. She has made a commitment to change her entire mindset, going on to lose an incredible 24kilos and just look at her now.

Nicole's Journey: " I am absolutely on top of the world atm :))) I just didn't think I would ever look or feel like this. I never thought it would be possible to be back in the 80's and after seeing that 86 come up it's really fired me up to keep going.

I don't feel for a minute like I've ever been 'on a diet' or missed out on anything so it's not like it's going to be hard to keep going and 'sculpting' as you've said. I honestly feel 10x better now then I ever did then.

You are amazing Nicole. There is no end to what you can achieve
