When you hope it's just soft tissue...
Playing with some compression K-Star style of 5 mins wrapped with 50% tension going through range and 5 mins iced for 20 mins. Intermingled with electrical stimulation to reduce the swelling.

Much love to the athletes competing at the today. It was great to see both transplant recipients and family members out supporting a great cause and battling their way through a number of events over the past week. Well deserved massages all round!
The smiling faces and effort from everyone involved in the games made it a success.
Hopefully we can cultivate a bit more awareness around these amazing events and support those that have been given a new bill of health.
