We all binge and pig out from time to time, some of us abit too much ๐ me included.
How you start the week will be a big indicator of how you finish the week, so if you was a little piglet the weekend.

Building muscle kept simple
1. Push yourself, over reach in a structured manner with a plan that factors your schedule, routine and that you can stick to consistently.
2. Nutrition is vital muscle can be built in a deficit at maintenance and in a surplus as long as you are getting the right amount of protein itโs possible. But the more calories applied with point number one youโll have a much better chance.
3. Recovery is king ๐ how you recover, is determined by your nutrition and genetics the older you get the more likely you need abit extra time to recover, most muscles need 48 - 72 hours recovery time inbetween each session so bare this in mind when your doing chest for the 4th time in a week ๐

The exercise you enjoy, and can be consistent with will always be superior to the exercise you hate.
If you canโt find exercise you enjoy, try asking the help of those who are passionate about it & love it like myself.

We are all guilty of these,
1. Too much too soon creates a lifestyle imbalance from too much too soon leading to you being inconsistent
2. Eating a salad and going for a walk then looking in the mirror telling yourself it ainโt working. Patience weight loss takes time.
3. You donโt have to eat foods you donโt enjoy, or do exercise you despise in order to get the body you want.
