Rambert is one of the world’s leading contemporary dance companies and is renowned for its world class training, innovation and artistry. To have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals in such an inspiring environment is an experience very few young dancers get to have.

We are so proud of you, Abbie, for embracing every moment, challenging yourself and representing DPA on the international stage. We can’t wait to see everything you’ve learnt back in the studio! 💜

✨ CREATE IT! IS BACK! ✨

Calling all creative dancers! 💜

Our 2026 Create It! Choreographic Project is here, giving our dancers the chance to step into the role of choreographer and bring their ideas to life.

This year features TWO divisions:

✨ Self Choreography – Choreograph and perform your own solo, duo, trio or quartet.

✨ Choreographer Division (NEW!) – Create a routine for another dancer or dancers to perform. You choreograph it, they perform it!

🩰 Open to all DPA students Grade 1 and above
🎵 Any genre
⏱ Maximum 1 minute 30 seconds
📅 Entries close Saturday, 1st August
🎭 Perform at our Term 3 Cushion Concert – Friday, 4th September
🏆 Winners announced at our 2026 End of Year Concert

We can’t wait to see your creativity, passion and imagination take centre stage. Let the choreographing begin! 💫
