Super proud of my client Joseph and his results.
Joseph called us last January 2025 after the Christmas break wanting to train. You could tell from day one — he was serious.
I’m all for a 12-week challenge or 75 Hard to whip you into shape, but I truly believe — and I always say this to clients — that the best approach is a long-term lifestyle change.
With Joseph and his personality type, we knew that just a few small changes to his current diet would make a world of difference. Completely overhauling the way he eats wouldn’t last, so we got him to write down exactly what he was eating and over time we made tweaks from there.
He was having sandwiches for lunch — we added more protein to that meal with a wrap and added a protein shake on the side. He was also snacking too much at night, so we swapped those out for protein-based snacks instead.
He started with one PT session per week focusing purely on building muscle, and spent the rest of his days doing classes. He still follows that same routine today — but has now moved up to two PT sessions per week.
We love quick results, but we love lasting results so much more. It truly depends on your personality type, but more often than not, getting into a routine you actually enjoy and making a few small changes to your eating habits can make a world of difference.
