Sailing alongside the 16ft skiffs in close company with many of Australia's top sailors were the 13ft skiffs. What an experience!!

Congratulations to Max Downey and Thomas Mountstephens sailing Cheeky who made a clean sweep winning the 2022 Australian 13ft Skiff Championships..
Well done Max and Thomas.

Angus Stewart and Hugo Kemp sailing #9 were runners up and Liam Kuranaratne and James Hopkins aboard Ebix were third.
Great effort boys.

Congratulations to Nathan Wilmot Brett Davis and Malcolm Page sailing Ronstan on winning the 2022 Australian 16ft Skiff Championships.

In a very competitive fleet you have to be consistent and fast from 0-30 knots to be on the podium.

Ronstan were fractionally better in the consistent department and won from IMEI with Dave Gilmour at his first attempt along with Trent and Rob second and Ruffy on Moonen Yachts with Angus and Matty third.
Brydens Lawyers with Lee, Pete and Bridgey were also always in the hunt in fourth.

Well done to all for dominating the fleet.

Well done to Ash Napper & Taj Bridge sailing "Stingray" to win the National Manly Junior Championships 2021-2022 for the second year in a row. Great effort boys.

Congratulations to ALL the young sailors who competed and great effort from all the placegetters in the different divisions.

Special mention to all the officials who conducted the carnival at Manly 16ft Skiff Club and to the sponsors Vaikobi..

We hope you all had a great Xmas and were able to spend it with your families wherever they may be.

It was hoped 2021 would be better than the previous year, not sure about that however at least we have National titles going ahead.

Good luck to everybody competing starting with the young sailors in the MJ's. Trust your boat speed and the rigs as they have been set up, concentrate and sail fast!!
And that is for the young, old and in between!!😃

Season is getting closer!
Time to start thinking about going sailing....

After false starts in everyone's National titles just completed was the Manly Juniors hosted by BYRA sailing club.

Well done to BYRA and all the officials and helpers in holding a successful regatta.

Congratulations to Ash Napper & Taj Bridge winners of the 2020-21 Australian MJ titles. Excellent series team.

And to ALL the podium finishers in ALL the divisions congratulations and well sailed. To all the sailors who competed great effort and on to bigger things and more fun in the future.

2020 probably seems a bit more like the below than a normal sailing year.

However to everybody from Gary and Baz (Robert) Merry Xmas and a much much more enjoyable New Year.....

RIP Richard McCulloch
We have known Dick for many years through his work with Ronstan Australia and got to know him particularly well when he worked out of our office here in Brookvale.
Dick was a terrific bloke and a super keen sailor and will be missed.
