Hello all! As some of you may know I had a little boy in October 2017. As a new mom my life has totally changed and my priorities have shifted. The two days I have Ryker in child care are spent in my busy home massage practice and getting to the computer to take care of Benchmark RMT has become a chore and not the joy it once was.
I am currently vetting a couple of online businesses who may take over my two courses, but nothing is solid. If you think you may want to delve into e-commerce and online education, please be in touch.
I have enjoyed these past 4 years as an online educator, sharing my passion for pilates and yoga in a massage practice. I'm so grateful for everyone who's taken my courses and have sent messages if thanks!

I will admit, I don't do as much range of motion testing and Orthopaedic tests as I should. The one test I do use weekly though, is the Supine to Sit test or Roll up test for functional leg length discrepancy (LLD)
I find people get very attached to their "short leg" being a problem, so I will often video tape the movement at their ankles to demonstrate that their LLD is usually coming from their pelvis or hips.

As I prepare for the birth of our first son, I have become increasingly aware of the position of my pelvis around the treatment table.
